Our Wines

Red Blend – California

We made a special, Bordeaux right bank style blend for your senses by combining Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc to create a tantalizing red wine you will want to serve at every opportunity.  This is where Wine-Math really paid off; by combining 55% fruit rich Merlot with 38% lavish Cabernet Franc and 7% rich Cabernet Sauvignon structure, this is a 100% + winner.

2015 Pinot Noir – Sonoma Valley

A grape that is difficult to grow but easy to drink.  Pinot Noir is a native of Burgundy France that reaches equal elevations in the Sonoma Valley.  Pinot expresses everything wine should be; the bright fruit of ripe strawberries, raspberries with red and black cherries to enliven all pallets.  Rich textural mouthfeel with a high degree of ripeness kept in check by bright acidity.  Sonoma’s valley climate combined with an amazing complexity of soil types results in wines that reflect their individual sites but share a common thread.

2012 Cabernet Sauvignon – Alexander Valley

Alexander Valley’s extended growing season allows Cabernet Sauvignon to become fully ripen but without aggressive tannin common to warmer grape growing regions.  Our Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to full bodied and exhibits cherry and berry fruit with hints of ripe cassis, eucalyptus, and cedar.

2013 Chardonnay – California

Our 2013 California Chardonnay presents fruity flavors that range from tropical banana, melon, and guava to peach and apricot with a trace of citrus.

2014 Rose – Napa

Possibly the oldest known type of wine, it is straightforward to make using a shortened skin contact method that is common to all red wines making but with only brief skin contact.  This wine is a light Salmon hue with strawberries and dried cherries on the nose. The balanced acidity provides a refreshingly sumptuous taste of cherry and raspberry with nice acidity and a smooth, elegant finish. A real classic, elegant and seductive!

2014 Sauvignon Blanc – Napa

The 2014 vintage exudes layers of bright citrus, grapefruit, orange peel and Kiwi are expressed on the nose, while hints of anise and limestone suggest an elegant minerality that is common to bale loam clay soils.  The long, lively finish boasts a bright citrus, light spice, and mineral tones to engage your senses.  Vintage to vintage we carefully select wines from vineyards across Napa County to produce Sauvignon Blanc that expresses the characteristics of this varietal.  Sustainable Grape Farming Practice.
